Poslanecká sněmovna schválila úplné zrušení EET k 1. lednu 2023

Povinnost evidovat tržby je nyní do konce roku 2022 pozastavena. Podnikatelé mohou nyní nadále své tržby evidovat dobrovolně.

Poslanecká sněmovna dnes schválila úplné zrušení EET. Návrh nyní míří do Senátu. Pokud návrh projde, nedojde od 1. ledna 2023 k plánovanému znovuzavedení EET.

V rámci diskuzí neprošel pozměňovací návrh, který počítal s provozováním systému EET pro dobrovolně evidující podnikatele, a to primárně z důvodů vysokých nákladů na provoz systému.

    The Chamber of Deputies approved the complete abolition of the EET as of 1 January 2023

    The obligation to record sales is now suspended until the end of 2022. Businesses can now continue to record their sales voluntarily.

    The Chamber of Deputies today approved the complete abolition of the EET. The proposal now heads to the Senate. If the proposal passes, the planned reintroduction of the EET will not take place from 1 January 2023.

    During the discussions, an amendment that envisaged the operation of the EET system for voluntary registering entrepreneurs did not pass, primarily due to the high costs of operating the system.
