Roger Park develops new strategies, services and approaches to help clients respond to disruptive change. His focus is on activating innovation, embracing digital and emerging technologies, and industrializing new solutions and business models.
Throughout his career in management consulting, Roger has helped clients plan and execute complex business transformation, embrace and apply emerging technologies, and connect their “suits and jeans” to industrialize innovation in the Transformative Age. He has launched several new EY practice areas over the years, including strategic technology, business process management, and digital and emerging technologies, as well as the inaugural EY solution delivery center and flagship EY wavespace™ innovation center.
Diversity is a winning strategy for innovation, and Roger is an ardent supporter and sponsor of several EY diversity and inclusiveness programs. He also sits on the boards of the New York City Tech Talent Pipeline and the Korean American Family Service Center.
