Katharina List-Nagl, CEO, F/LIST GmbH
Katharina List-Nagl’s family is her biggest source of inspiration. Her grandfather founded F/LIST as a small carpentry workshop in the 1950s with seven employees. In 2004, Katharina joined the family business, working in every department before taking over as CEO in just five years. Under her leadership, F/LIST has grown into a multinational group of companies producing high-quality interiors for business jets, yachts and hotels.
Since Katharina entered the company, F/LIST’s turnover has increased almost tenfold, and it now employs more than 750 staff. While most production is based at factories in Austria, F/LIST has customers in 33 countries and recently opened a manufacturing facility in Canada.
Innovation and attention to detail remain at the heart of F/LIST. The company created the first ultra-thin real stone floor for business jet cabins and is hoping to expand into luxury residential interiors and further extend its global footprint.
