Michael leads the global retail technology capability. He helps retailers and consumer goods companies deliver their transformation strategies, empowered by technology.

Focused on the Consumer sector throughout his career, he has 20 years consulting experience in designing and implementing large-scale IT solutions and global project and program management. Working mainly with retailers, he brings a strategic perspective, advising clients on transforming and optimizing digital capabilities and automation to reduce costs, create efficiencies and help consumer companies transform to grow.

Michael takes a holistic approach having led the delivery of over 10 major SAP programs and managed their associated organizational impact on people as well as processes.

By understanding each client’s unique circumstances and challenges, he works alongside them to jointly develop successful outcomes and appropriate solutions for them.
