Ha utilizes long years of experience to evaluate accounting systems and procedures, financial management, control procedures and credit scoring systems to facilitate large banks and financial institutions in Vietnam and Laos in loan granting, classification, provision and credit risk management.
Ha has also been involved in a number of statutory audits and converting financial statements to International financial reporting standards (IFRS) as well as developing credit scoring systems for leading financial institutions in Vietnam. Ha has also been part of the technical support team assisting the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) in reviewing regulations and supervising banks.
Ha holds a Master in Economics of Banking and Finance, jointly granted by ESCP-EAP European School of Management and Paris Dauphine University.

In her role, Ha concentrates on digital audit and growing non-audit services. Additionally, as the Head of Financial Services Organization (FSO) Professional Support at EY Vietnam, Ha has played a leading role in technical consultations to leading banks in Vietnam and Laos. Ha provides her clients with relevance and quality to build a better working world.
