Hoang Anh is currently an Assurance Partner at Ernst & Young Vietnam Limited (EY Vietnam) and Managing Partner at Ernst & Young Lao Company Limited (EY Lao) with over 15 years of experience in professional services, financial audit, due diligence and financial advisory services for some of the most prestigious banks, insurance corporations, financial companies and corporate clients in Vietnam, Laos and Canada.
Hoang Anh has contributed to the development of the regulatory frameworks of Lao and Vietnam via active participation in seminars, workshops and other projects by the central banks of Lao and Vietnam, the Vietnamese Ministry of Finance and the Lao Securities Commission Office.
Hoang Anh holds a Master of Commerce (major in Finance) from the University of Sydney, Australia and is a member of the Vietnamese Association of Certified Public Accountants (VACPA), the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of the United Kingdom (ACCA), and the Chartered Public Accountant (CPA) in Australia and Laos.
