In UK & Ireland (UK&I) we work with corporate and public sector clients, equipping them with the strategies, tools and solutions needed to make sustainable choices and create long-term value, not just for their own business, but for the benefit of our planet and society.

In Financial Services (FS) we offer a wide range of services to help financial sector clients across Banking, Insurance, Asset Management, and Private Equity to measure their environmental and social impact, assess exposure to ESG risks, and develop strategies to align finance flows to facilitate the net zero transition. The work we do with our clients focuses on areas including decarbonization, stewardship, nature & biodiversity and ESG reporting and assurance, providing solutions and strategies to enable our clients to create long-term value.

How’s it structured?

A Graduate Programme at EY allows you to develop and acquire new skills as well as gain valuable insights into EY's Sustainability services.

After kicking things off with an EY induction and meeting all the other EY CCaSS Graduates, you’ll join a team and start working on real client projects. Your colleagues will also provide on-the-job coaching and are there to help, so ask lots of questions (curiosity is an important trait in a CCaSS advisor).

Rewards and benefits

You want a career that counts. An experience that challenges you. That rewards performance and ultimately defines your future. That's what's on offer at EY. After all, our success is founded on yours.
