How’s it structured?

First up, an induction will verse you in all things EY. Before you know it you’ll be working on audits for clients (with lots of help of course!). This includes being your clients main contact and maybe working from their offices, getting a team together, spotting business opportunities and ensuring it’s all profitable.

Along the way you’ll study and shadow senior colleagues, supported by your own personal counsellor who’ll help guide your growth. This kind of exposure to the finance industry, together with working towards your qualifications, will open up many more opportunities within EY and beyond. The experience you gain will vary depending on your location as different offices offer different opportunities depending upon their clients.

Throughout the programme you’ll be part of the EY graduate community, and you’ll have a buddy to help guide you. They’ll be your first point of call for practical help and guidance. We also provide coaching so you always have access to impartial advice, opportunities and ongoing advice.

Starting out in assurance requires dedication, hard work and long hours, but the knowledge and experience you’ll gain will set you on a fulfilling career path.
