Thomas is a Partner in EY-Parthenon, EY’s global strategy practice. He has extensive commercial, digital and innovation strategy experience across several sectors, including financial services, transportation and aviation, renewable energy, consumer retail, mobility, and industrial products.

Thomas leads projects in close collaboration with anthropologists, sociologists, data scientists, designers and tech architects to seek new opportunities and to identify new areas of value creation. Through his passion for the new age of consumerism, and the marriage of business science with human science and technology to leverage new market opportunities, Thomas has supported multiple corporate ventures into new domains.

Thomas has extensive consulting experience, as well as co-founding two international consulting firms that were later acquired.

Thomas holds an MSc from Copenhagen Business School and earned an MBA at NYU Stern School of Business in New York.
