Suwin Lee is the EMEIA EY Private Leader. As an advisor to ambitious CEOs, owners and entrepreneurs of leading private, fast-growth and family enterprises, she also currently leads the UKI Restructuring Tax practice and the global Restructuring Tax network, specializing in global and pan-European restructurings, insolvencies and entity rationalization projects.

Suwin started her career in Australia in 1996, specializing in Tax. She joined EY in 2001 and is now a London-based partner, with over 24 years’ experience in corporate tax, and working cross border with middle-market Private Equity and credit funds.
Suwin earned a BCom and a LLB from the University of Queensland.

I am a member of the Tate Members Council and have a significant interest in art and artists from developing markets.”
