Rob is a Partner in EY Law Ireland’s Technology and Commercial practice.
Rob works with global and domestic organizations on the development and rollout of innovative technologies with a focus on technology and privacy laws, acting as a trusted advisor.
He advises on data protection and privacy, data governance, cybersecurity, platform regulation, technology procurement, outsourcing and transformation projects and emerging issues surrounding Artificial Intelligence and Web3.
Rob’s background is in technology, having worked as a certified systems engineer. His early legal career included secondments with global social medias, digital content and moderation projects.
Rob is an Irish qualified lawyer and member of the Law Society of Ireland. He has a bachelor’s degree in Business and Legal Studies (BBLS) from University College Dublin. He holds a diploma in Corporate Law and Governance from the Law Society of Ireland, is an Irish and European qualified Trade Mark Attorney.
