Raed is the managing partner of the Levant + region, which includes Jordan, Egypt, Lebanon, Palestine, Iraq and Libya.
Raed has been with EY MENA since 2005 and has over 25 years of experience serving audit clients in diverse sectors, such as banking and capital markets, insurance, wealth and asset management, automotive, construction and infrastructure and real estate, among others.
He began his journey with EY in 1997. Prior to his latest appointment as the Assurance Leader of Abu Dhabi office and MENA Assurance Financial Services Leader, he has held key positions in Abu Dhabi (UAE), Dallas (US), Kitchener (Canada) and Amman (Jordan).
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Jordan and is a Certified Public Accountant. He has also completed leadership training from INSEAD and London Business School.
