As leader of the Mexico and EY Latin America North Strategy and Transactions group, Olivier has more than 20 years of M&A experience from both strategic advisor and M&A in-house roles. His experience includes advising private equity and corporate clients on domestic and cross-border acquisitions and disposals, joint-ventures and restructuring.
Olivier has focused on helping clients in the following sectors: oil and gas; power and utilities; telecommunications; retail and consumer products as well as technology. He has worked with clients and transaction teams across Europe, Latin America, Africa and Asia.
Prior to his current EY role, he led the French Divestiture Advisory Services (DAS) team and was a member of the EY European DAS team.
Olivier graduated from HEC School of Management, Paris and the International Institute of Business from the Stockholm School of Economics as part of the CEMS program.
