Lee is the EY UK&I Energy & Resources Market Segment Leader.
Lee worked in the energy and resources industry for over 20 years, focused primarily on strategy and transactions, working with clients to navigate the energy transition. He has worked across the globe on a number of major assignments for corporate clients and private equity houses. His experience includes all aspects of corporate transactions and he has led complex, cross-border assignments with teams covering valuation, buy-side and sell-side diligence, public debt and equity offerings, bid defense strategies and infrastructure advisory.
Lee holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Queen Mary University and a master’s degree in Finance from London Business School.
