Experienced in transaction operational diligence, integrations, separations and transitions. Focuses on infrastructure, government and power and utilities. Diversity and inclusion advocate.

Larni is the EY-Parthenon Global Transaction Strategy & Execution Leader as well as the EY-Parthenon Asia-Pacific Strategy and Transactions (SaT) Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Leader. She joined EY-Parthenon in 2006 and has more than 20 years of consulting experience.

She has an MBA from the University of New England, a BA from UNSW and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors course.

How Larni is building a better working world

As the Chair of an Asia-Pacific team called Include! 3.0, my aim is to increase diversity and inclusion in the EY-Parthenon Strategy and Transaction teams across the Area.

I support organizations with difficult transactions and transitions, advising them throughout what is usually a high pressure, stressful situation for all involved
