How Joice is building a better working world
"High-performing teams are critical for organizations to survive turbulent times and to win in a competitive marketplace.
Elite athletes have already found success as individuals, and as part of the highest performing teams. As an athlete who also transitioned into the world of business, I know that their unique attributes – leadership, focus, adaptability – are exactly what sets great business teams apart from good ones. Good rarely gets you the gold.
I’m proud to champion these champions to make a real impact in their new careers here at EY."
