Jo is the EY-Parthenon UK&I Restructuring and Turnaround Strategy Leader and leads the Government & Infrastructure sector. She works alongside both corporate and government stakeholders to find solutions where an intervention is needed, without disrupting critical public services.
Jo has a broad range of restructuring experience spanning over 30 years, supporting stakeholders through challenging situations, gaining consensus and buy-in to reach a solution. This has involved providing rapid improvement to financial performance, leading negotiations to reach consensus, contingency planning, options analysis and insolvency.
