Harsha is the EY Global Managing Partner for Business Administration & Risk, overseeing governance, risk, and compliance functions and fostering global member firm relations. Previously, he was the EY Asia-Pacific Deputy Area Managing Partner, responsible for operations, expanding services and managing investments. Before that, he served as the EY Asia-Pacific Transaction Advisory Services Managing Partner, focusing on valuations, financial modelling, mergers, acquisitions and restructuring. Harsha holds several professional affiliations, including memberships on the Board of the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) and the Asia Committee of the International Valuations Standards Council (IVSC). He is also the immediate past Chairman of the Council of the Institute of Valuers and Appraisers of Singapore (IVAS).
How Harsha is building a better working world
Harsha supports a variety of organizations and has worked with a number of family-owned businesses, advising them on corporate restructuring, unlocking value as well as optimum strategies for carving out businesses as part of succession planning. Harsha has a passion for humanitarian activities in post-conflict Sri Lanka. In addition, Harsha’s support for diversity is on display in his vocal advocacy of the EY Women Fast forward initiative and its related programs.
