Elodie leads cross-functional teams on environmental, social and governance (ESG) strategy and nonfinancial reporting services.
She has more than 10 years of experience assisting clients from diverse industries to improve their ESG and sustainability strategy, stakeholder engagement and performance disclosures. She also assists large organizations with designing and implementing sustainability programs.
Elodie joined the EY Netherlands sustainability team in 2008 and transferred to the US in 2013. Her experiences enable her to give clients both global and local perspectives on ESG issues, risks and opportunities.
She has a master’s in Sustainability Development from the University of London, UK, and a master’s in Corporate Social Responsibility Management and Auditing from the University of Rotterdam, Netherlands. Elodie has a bachelor’s in International Management.
She is a certified project management professional.
