Dan serves as a transaction leader for several large multinationals, consulting on strategy, valuation, due diligence, and integration.
He has performed thousands of financial analyses and valuations of businesses, equity interests, debt instruments and various assets and liabilities for transaction planning, corporate planning, tax planning and reporting and financial reporting purposes.
Having spoken and written on corporate finance topics, including capital allocation, share repurchases and valuation techniques, Dan served as a chapter author, editor and project manager for the EY book The Stress Test Every Business Needs: A Capital Agenda for confidently facing digital disruption, difficult investors, recessions and geopolitical threats.
He received a BBA from The College of William & Mary with a major in Finance, minor in Economics and concentration in Accounting. Dan is a CFA charter holder and has served as a grader for CFA Level III exams.
