Abhi is a trusted advisor to Fortune 500 client executives on M&A and operations restructuring. With 15 years of global experience, he partners closely with executive leadership at organizations on both buy and sell sides in navigating transaction-related disruptions.
At EY, Abhi focuses on the full spectrum of supply chain issues in transactions, with experience leading several integration/divestiture supply chain strategy developments, creating roadmaps for an issue-free “Day 1” and accelerating post-Day 1 synergy capture.
Abhi has also managed P&Ls and operations in North America, Europe, Asia and Australia during his career.
Passionate about publishing, Abhi has authored white papers on various topics, including supply chain operating model design, operations carve-out, joint business planning with strategic suppliers, procurement transformation and organization design as well as rapid synergy capture. He also takes an active interest in developing and mentoring talent as the foundation of success, enabled by project and classroom-based training.
