How Nadia is building a better working world

"I believe businesses can be forces for good in society, but to do that, we need to think in systems rather than in siloes. We must have honest conversations and acknowledge that if we continue the way we are, we are speeding toward a possible collapse. Alongside the policy, technological and societal shifts, a fundamental redesign of how businesses are organized, incentivized and governed is needed – and my work in the NEU aims to uncover what that redesign might look like.

Outside of my various roles within the global EY organization, I’ve worked with start-ups, social entrepreneurs, B Corporations, and held nonprofit board and advisory roles focused on growing the regenerative economy."
