Julie is the EY EMEIA Strategy and Transactions Leader. Alongside her teams, which span 90 countries, she helps address pressing business challenges, helping companies better manage their capital across strategy, corporate finance, buying and integrating, selling and separating and reshaping results. Since joining EY in 2003, she has advised clients across the power and utilities, financial services, industrial and consumer products, infrastructure and government sectors in Asia, Europe and the Americas.
Previously, Julie held the position of EY Global Deputy Vice Chair – Transaction Advisory Services (TAS). She was one of the founding members of EY Global Operational Transaction offerings. Prior to her current role, she was EY Oceania TAS Leader and an EY Asia-Pacific Advisory Council member. Before joining EY, Julie worked in the higher education sector and ran her own design consulting and construction business.
She received an Executive MBA from Melbourne Business School, a bachelor’s degree in Management from Deakin University and a Diploma in Architecture from UniTec NZ.
