Jonathan is Area Managing Partner for EY Asia-Pacific Financial Services, leading a team of more than 10,000 professionals across Asean, Greater China, Japan, Korea and Oceania focused on the banking, capital markets, insurance and wealth and asset management sectors.
He was previously the EY Asia-Pacific Financial Services Strategy and Transactions Leader, responsible for executing on all aspects of EY clients' capital and transaction strategies. Jonathan has nearly 30 years of experience advising financial institutions on complex strategic transactions, mergers & acquisitions, business integration and transformation, as well as risk management and performance improvements.
A qualified actuary, Jonathan also served previously as the EY Asia-Pacific Insurance Leader.
Jonathan is the Global Client Services Partner for AIA and Senior Advisory Partner for PingAn, two of the EY organization’s G360 insurance accounts.
As the Asia-Pacific FSO DE&I Sponsor, Jonathan works to promote and champion diversity, social equity, inclusiveness and driving positive change in the workplace.
