Domen is Partner at EY Parthenon and Central, Eastern, Southeastern Europe & Central Asia (CESA) Financial Services Leader and Central Europe Strategy and Transformation Leader. EY Parthenon is a pure-play strategy house, and Domen’s focus is serving private equity and corporate clients on a wide range of transformation and strategy related issues including corporate/business unit strategy, strategic transformation, operational effectiveness, operations strategy, post-merger integration, operating model design, top line improvement, etc.
Prior to EY Parthenon, Domen was a Partner in the EMEA & APAC Organization & Transformation Practice with focus Financial Institutions of A.T. Kearney, a global strategy-consulting firm, where he worked across industries with a focus on FI. While at A.T. Kearney, Domen also served as part of Global Learning and Talent Development team. He worked on projects focused on strategic transformation, corporate/business unit strategy, sales effectiveness, operational effectiveness and operations strategy. He spent two years supporting APAC clients in Sydney and one year in Dubai.
He studied at the IE Business School and, prior to his move to consulting, worked as an investment banker.
