Bogdan Polovina
Bogdan is a leads the EY-Parthenon Strategy & Transformation team in Central Europe. He has 11 years of experience in Strategic consulting and in the industry.
Prior to EY-Parthenon Bogdan has worked with A.T. Kearney for almost 6 years, predominantly in Central and Eastern Europe and Middle East (UAE, Qatar).
Over those years, he worked with large publicly owned clients, as well as private companies in multiple sectors (Financial Services, Telecom, Energy, Retail), advising them on topics of strategy, business plan, restructuring & turnaround, cost & process optimization, value creation, etc.
Consequently, Bogdan moved to UAE and worked for Alvarez & Marsal's Strategy & Performance Improvement team, where he focused on more hands-on and implementation-focused consulting work with clients in Financial Services, Real Estate, Healthcare and Education sectors in various GCC countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, etc.). Those roles included an interim-COO role a publicly listed Real Estate developer in UAE, strategy development, CDD, PMI, reorganization and cost optimization projects.
