Explore how organizations are responding to changes in the integrity landscape.
The latest EY Global Integrity Report has been released, providing important insights into integrity trends and considerations across the world. The data collected from close to 5,500 respondents reveals a general belief that integrity standards within their organizations have improved over the past two years but many admit that it is challenging for their organizations to maintain integrity standards in difficult market conditions.
The report finds that, while confidence in whistleblowing mechanisms has improved, the number of whistleblowers has decreased, all despite an apparent rise in corporate misconduct. Of further note, more than half of senior managers admitted they would act unethically to advance their own interests, a figure more than double that of the people they manage.
In this 30-minute webinar, we will explore the key findings of the report, what is driving the changes in the integrity landscape and how organizations are responding.
