Ali is the Business Transformation and Customer Consulting Leader for EY MENA, overseeing the delivery of services and solutions around digital strategy, customer experience, marketing, innovation, business transformation, and program management to clients in the private and public sectors.
Prior to joining EY, Ali was the founding partner of a boutique consultancy that specialized in customer experience and customer analytics, that was acquired by EY in 2016.
Ali holds an MBA from Georgetown University, and a Bachelor’s Degree from Penn State University in Communications.
