Jason is a principal at Ernst & Young, LLP within the EY People Consulting practice. He is a thought leader in culture and change experience, working with clients across the chemicals, advanced manufacturing, and mobility sectors.
Jason helps clients manage large-scale transformation programs such as process and organizational change, new technology adoption, joint venture startups, and M&A activity. He has worked with large global chemical and other advanced manufacturing companies to define the organizational structure, roles and responsibilities, as well as onboarding and training programs across many different organizations and initiatives.
Jason has a BS in Psychology from the Pennsylvania State University and an MS in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Tennessee.
