Hisham is the EY MENA FAAS ICFR and Governance Solutions Leader. He leads a diversified pool of talents across the Middle East and North Africa region to deliver a wide range of services in the areas of Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) and Governance. Hisham brings over 15 years of extensive experience in Governance, ICFR and Risk Management leading transformational projects and championing strategic initiatives across various sectors and industries. He previously established and led multiple Governance, Finance Control, Risk and Compliance functions.

Hisham holds a BBA in Accounting and Finance and a Business Strategy Certificate from Harvard University. He also holds a CIA, CRMA from the IIA New York and is a Certified Family Business Advisor from the University of Manchester.
