Briana leads the EY Americas Restructuring team. For over 20 years, Briana has helped executives and boards address significant challenges in their business. Briana has extensive cross-border experience, leading global turnarounds and having spent time in both the Canadian and US restructuring practices.
A passionate and transparent leader, Briana also serves as the EY-Parthenon New York Office Co-leader.
Briana has extensive experience in and out of court, working on restructuring transactions across a variety of sectors. She thrives in complex situations.
Briana holds a Bachelor of Commerce (with honors) from Queen’s University in Canada and is a chartered professional accountant.
