As part of Operating Model Effectiveness practice, Guillano leads complex, global and cross-functional transformation projects.
He works with Supply Chain, Trade, Tax and IT teams to define, design and develop new business and operating models. He helps clients redefine their operating model and supply chains, to address increasing global focus on Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), and tightening sustainability legislation and taxation.
