Focusing on her passion, long experience and expertise in education, Vanina leads the education practice in MENA. She serves clients including governments developing the national education agenda, educational providers seeking to design or re-design their strategy and private equity firms interested to invest in MENA.

Vanina is a featured speaker at prestigious forums and conferences on education, such as the Queen Rania Teacher Academy Forum, the GESS Education Conference 2022 and many others.

She has a Ph.D. in Management from the University of Bologna (Italy) and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (US) and an Executive MBA from London Business School (UK).
