How Ewa is building a better working world

"As the Leader of the AI Data Science Team, I meet the needs of our Clients to properly design and efficiently build comprehensive AI solutions tailored to specific business needs. At the same time - in this pioneering field - we create new synergies between EY teams. Together we can better respond to new challenges, limit the risks associated with them, and comprehensively support our Clients.

I actively participate in expert debates dedicated to the broader use of AI in Poland, because I realize that making artificial intelligence available requires educating the market, sharing experiences and practical knowledge. After all, we are witnessing revolutionary technological changes, and operating according to known patterns is often no longer sufficient.

I also try to support young talents, sharing my professional experience. As a mentor and jury member, I participate in hackEYton every year, I promote the EY Open Science Data Challenge initiative and participate in mentoring programs, also for young women."

In my daily work, I make sure that competencies and resources work together, creating the effect we care about.
