She has many years of experience in advising on accounting, transformation of finance functions and auditing financial statements.
She specializes in the analysis of comprehensive transactions under International Financial Reporting Standards and Polish Accounting Standards, including mergers and acquisitions, reorganization of international capital groups, providing support in identifying optimal solutions for companies from the perspective of specific business goals and compliance with the requirements of accounting and reporting principles.
Anna has gained extensive experience in carrying out works consisting in support in the optimization of financial and accounting processes, i.a. for the purpose of their improvement, improvement of data quality, cost reduction. Anna is a certified auditor, ACCA qualified. She graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics.
