Andrzej specializes in M&A transactions as well as international business reorganizations. On a daily basis, he is involved in providing legal assistance to Polish and international capital groups. In addition, he has an extensive experience in M&A transactions and over last few years he was part of several well-known deals (e.g. acquisitions for Polski Holding Hotelowy sp. z o.o.). He was involved in several due diligence processes of the companies from different sectors including i.a. real estate, automotive, energy, chemicals, retail and aviation. Andrzej was also involved in a numerous reorganization process of the capital groups including restructurings, mergers, demerges and transformations. Due to the wide range of sectors, Andrzej is well-known as person with a very specific business and sector expertise which helps him in a day-to-day work.
Andrzej advises clients from various sectors but focuses on investment funds and family business which are key clients in his portfolio. Moreover, he has experience in transactions related to the distressed assets.
Andrzej is one of the initiators and co-leaders of EY Family Office which is new platform established at EY for the purpose of advising private clients. The initiative has been well welcomed at the market and Andrzej and his colleagues established a quite well-known presence at this sector. Initiative is also connected with implementing to the Polish legal system a new institution, i.e. Family Foundation, which is aimed to securing the private clients’ assets.
