Another transaction in Renewables in Poland.

EY Corporate Finance acted as the transaction advisor to OX2 on the sale of an onshore wind asset in Poland to Enea Nowa Energia.

The Bejsce wind farm, that will consist of six turbines and have total capacity of 19.8 MW, will be constructed in the southeastern part of Poland. Construction started in September 2023 and commissioning is planned for the second half of 2025. The annual energy production of the wind farm is about 65 GWh, which corresponds to the annual electricity consumption of 20,000 households.
