EY Corporate Reporting Forum

Join us at the EY Corporate Reporting Forum 2024 - a unique event in the Polish market dedicated to corporate reporting.

The Forum is aimed at all those responsible for financial reporting and sustainability reporting – in particular, members of supervisory boards, audit committee members, finance directors, and directors and experts in reporting.

The speakers and panelists of the Forum, alongside EY experts, will include representatives of standard-setting organizations and business practitioners.

The program includes plenary sessions and a choice of thematic sessions. During the event, there will also be an opportunity for individual conversations with EY experts from various areas, from financial reporting and ESG, through taxes to new technologies.

At the Forum:

  • we will present current trends in corporate reporting and examine them from the perspective of preparers, standard setters, report users, auditors and regulators,
  • we will discuss key changes in regulations, considering their technological, regulatory, and auditing implications.

  • Nick Anderson - IASB

    Nick Anderson was appointed as a member of the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) in 2017 and reappointed to serve a second term in 2022. He has 30 years of practical experience, mainly as a buy-side investor using and supporting the development of high-quality financial reporting. Mr Anderson joined from Janus Henderson Investors in the UK, where he served as global equity portfolio manager and head of equity research. He was responsible for overseeing the sharing of research and best practice across Janus Henderson’s equity teams and served as the firm’s contact for the IASB’s Investors in Financial Reporting programme. Mr Anderson was a member of the UK Accounting Standards Board from 2007 to 2013 and a founding member of the Corporate Reporting Users’ Forum (CRUF). He has a degree in economics, University College, Durham, UK, and is an associate of the CFA Society of the UK.

  • Zuzanna Góral - Orange Polska Group

    Accounting and Internal Control Director · Orange Polska S.A. She graduated from the Krakow University of Economics. She is a member of ACCA. She is a graduate of the Orange School of Finance and Controlling and the ESCP Business School. She is a certified public accountant. Before joining Orange, she worked as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers and head of finance at the Crowley Data Poland telecommunications start-up. Since 2009 she has been working at Orange, where she is responsible for accounting and financial reporting as well as internal controls. She is a graduate of Green Academy at Collegium Civitas. She completed the Vital Voices program and the Henryka Bochniarz Academy of Women Leaders. Participates in activities supporting women’s development. She is a mentor.

  • An Lommers - ASML

    An Lommers is Corporate Chief Accountant at ASML, worldwide responsible for Integrated Risk Management, Security and all Financial and Sustainability Reporting. She is the Chairman of the Corporate Risk & Regulatory Committee and Internal Control Committee, member of the Executive Team and Global D&I Council at ASML. Outside ASML, An  is also part of the EFRAG TEG. 

    ASML is a leading supplier to the semiconductor industry, providing chipmakers with hardware, software and services to mass produce the patterns of integrated circuits (microchips). ASML is a listed multinational company with offices across EMEA, the US and Asia. An is a seasoned accountant, bringing more than 20 years of experience in integrated risk management, technical accounting, auditing, internal control, financial and sustainability reporting, transactions services, merge and acquisitions, and financial and business control. Prior to ASML, An worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers Netherlands in the Audit & Assurance and Deals practice.

  • Monika Nachyła - Partner and Head of IR and ESG

    Monika is a partner at Abris Capital Partners responsible for Investor Relations, communication, and ESG. She brings 25 years of international C-suite experience in finance, private equity, banking, investor relations, management, strategy, and development.

    Before joining Abris, Monika was active as a non-executive director, serving on multiple supervisory boards of large companies and publicly listed corporations. Previous private equity experience includes Innova Capital and Enterprise Investors. Earlier, she held the position of CFO at the pharmaceutical company Sanofi-Synthélabo and was a senior auditor at both Salustro Reydel (France) and Arthur Andersen (Poland).

    Monika holds a Masters degree from the Warsaw School of Economics and post-graduate diplomas in Social Psychology and Agriculture. 

  • Milena Olszewska - Miszuris – The Association of Independent Non-Executive Directors

    President of the Management Board of WM Advisory Sp. z o.o., Co-Chair 30% Club Poland, member of the Audit Committee of the Association of Independent Members of Supervisory Boards. Milena has 20 years of experience in the capital market. She manages a boutique consulting company supporting companies in value building, financial and non-financial reporting, and investor relations. She is the founder and Co-Chair of 30% Club Poland, a member of the Audit Committee of the Association of Independent Members of Supervisory Boards and an active member of supervisory boards of listed companies. She is a member of the Committee on Corporate Governance at the WSE and the Governance, Risk and Performance Global Forum at ACCA. She is an expert on sustainable corporate governance at UN Global Compact Network Poland. For ten years she was an analyst of listed companies in international brokerage houses, awarded many times for her knowledge and market sense in Poland and abroad.

     

  • Miłosława Trykowska -Dudek - Orange Polska Group

    Director of Financial Reporting at Orange Polska S.A. Responsible for preparation of IFRS consolidated and separate financial statements published on the WSE, consolidation and reporting of financial results to the international Orange Group, coordination of cooperation with statutory auditors auditing the financial statements of Orange Polska.

    She has also gained professional experience in the audit companies Ernst&Young and Arthur Andersen.

    She is qualified as a Polish certified auditor and is a member of ACCA.

  • Agnieszka Kurzeja - Group Tax Director, Inpost Group

    Group Tax Director at Inpost Group. Responsible for the tax aspects in Inpost companies both in Poland and in other countries where Inpost operates.

    She’s a graduate of the University of Warsaw, Faculty of Law and Administration. She also graduated from the British Law Centre and the Italian and European Law Centre.

    Agnieszka is a licensed tax advisor. In the past she worked in largest consulting firms (Deloitte and PwC). Her experience includes over 20 years of advisory in many tax areas.
