How Marit is building a better working world
"As one of few women in finance, I am committed to contributing towards more women becoming interested in finance and staying longer in the industry. Through active participation in recruitment and events such as EY Corporate Finance Woman of the Year, I wish to show as many people as possible how exciting and educational it can be to work within finance. As a leader, I strive to be an inclusive and positive role model who paves the way for a greater diversity in the workplace and in business in general."
