How Erik is building a better working world
Erik holds HR responsibility for the transaction division in Norway. This entails an undertaking to build up and develop staff, and to put together the best possible team for each and every transaction. In order to succeed in the market, one of the crucial factors is to find, recruit and develop skilled and professional employees with high levels of integrity and humility, combined with a willingness to learn. This is what we at EY refer to as a “likeable professional”. The best teams consist of people of different genders, from different backgrounds and with different educations.
Outside of work, Erik finds it inspiring to train local boys’ and girls’ football and bandy teams.
