Elisabeth is an Attorney at Law in EY. She works with several legal areas within corporate law, with a special emphasis on labor law, equality and non-discrimination and public procurements.
She has previously worked for the public complaints board for discrimination cases and spent many years working in the bank and insurance sector.
Elisabeth studied at the University of Bergen for a Master's in Jurisprudence, where she specialized in labor law and corporate law. She wrote her Master's thesis in the area of labor, equality and non-discrimination law with the title "Protection against pregnancy discrimination for temporary employees – concerning the protection upon cessation and extension of a temporary position".
