How Bjørn is building a better working world

Alongside my work at EY, I like to contribute to society by doing voluntary work within children's and youth football, in addition to cross-country skiing. Through my own experience of participating in various sports, I can see the importance of children and young people engaging with sport across the board. The slogan 'As many as possible, for as long as possible' is my main motivation for volunteering alongside what can be a demanding job. In today's society, it's becoming even more important for as many people as possible to keep playing sports, regardless of ethnicity, social background or level of experience.
