Anna-Liisa is Head of Compliance & Conduct Solutions in Financial Services Organization. She is specialized i Governance, Risk, Compliance and internal audit frameworks and methodology.
She is an experienced organizational analyst and enhancement advisor for financial institutions and helps them understand how they can implement new regulatory requirements and adopt these changes into their day-to-day risk management and governance frameworks.
Anna-Liisa has been working in the financial industry for several years, in international companies and Norwegian institutions. She has had among other roles, the role as a Chief Compliance Officer, which gives her lever in her work with clients and the various challenges they are facing within different parts of the organization.
Anna-Liisa also holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) in Global Business from BI Business School, and wrote her masters thesis in Sustainability for a large telecom company.

I believe that everyone can take part in making a better working world. For me that means to being open and create trust in relation to everyone I meet in my work life. As a senior professional you are a role model and hold a greater responsibility in leading by example.
I try to be my most authentic self to everyone I meet, regardless of rank or years of experience, and when appropriate I tend to bring some humor in to my problemsolving. My experience is that a little laughter will release stress and drive passion, even when facing difficult challenges.
