How Jim is building a better working world

“In the markets, I aspire to help clients win. If they win, we generate economic value. And economic value then fuels growth opportunities and goodness in our ecosystem.

Within our own organization, I aspire to lead and build with a very simple mantra: ‘do the right thing.’ If we successfully embrace this as part of our core culture, we will easily fulfill our intent for building a better working world.”
