Valerie Nott

Partner, Global Wealth and Asset Management, Ernst & Young LLP

Wife. Mother to two teenagers. Transformation zealot. Performance coach and advisor. Passionate about helping people to make a difference in this world.

At EY, Valerie advises Tier 1 clients on transformational change, including where to play, how to play and execution priorities. For the past two decades, she has worked closely with C-level execs – helping CEOs, presidents, CTOs, COOs and more recently CDOs, take the actions needed to position themselves for an expansive growth trajectory.

Prior to joining EY, she had a 20-year history of consulting with firms on increasing their scale, valuation and/or diversification of revenue lines.

She also volunteers her time to support several charities – a passion that began over twenty years ago when a pioneering firm focused on disabilities invited Valerie to lead their investment case and Board of Directors. More recently, Valerie's efforts have extended into the world of stroke survival after her husband suffered a stroke and near fatal brain bleed before beginning his “miracle” recovery. Through her role as Chair of A Stroke of Luck, she hopes to help others progress, recover and also survive.
