Lina Gvazdauskaite is the Chief Operations Officer of EY in the Baltic States of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
Prior to stepping into the Chief Operations Officer position in 2011, Lina was part of the client serving teams providing services to EY clients in Assurance, Advisory and Tax SLs. For many years she held the position of Chief Financial Officer responsible for Finance & accounting teams in EY Baltics.
Lina has held the PRINCE2 Practitioner certificate in project management since 2011.
Lina’s experience relates to the optimisation and transformation of internal back office processes, the deployment of Client relationship management and Financial information systems, procurement and supplier relationship management, change management, finance & accounting management, etc.
Lina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Kaunas University of Technology and a Master’s degree in Economics of Services from Vilnius University.
