As the Head of People Advisory Services, Vladimir contributes to improving human capital standards in Kazakhstan, providing diverse solutions to complicated market issues by integrating both tax and workforce advisory in a single practice.

Vladimir leads projects on expatriate tax consulting, payroll and HR administration outsourcing, international social security and immigration.

He has deep experience of working with both international companies and individual clients to resolve complex taxation issues across jurisdictions, including coordinating international assignments of individuals.

He also participates in HR transformation workforce advisory projects, modeling target processes for personnel management, developing and implementing grading systems, and carrying out analysis of remuneration systems.

Vladimir is a US Certified Public Accountant and graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University with an honors degree in Management. He has experience working at the EY New York and Moscow offices.
