He has over 16 years of experience in business advisory, focusing on the development of strategies and government policies, as well as advising on and assuring corporate public reporting, including annual, integrated, sustainability, and climate reports. His expertise includes assessing the economic and social impact of companies and large-scale events, diagnosing sustainability risks such as health and safety, environmental, and social issues, and developing relevant strategies. Victor also has significant experience in project management, including establishing and leading Project Management Offices, acting as a seconded project manager, and managing major corporate transformation initiatives. In addition, he has delivered numerous training sessions and seminars on sustainability, non-financial reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
