Timur is a Partner and Head of Strategy and Transactions in Caucasus and Central Asia. Prior to joining EY in 2004, he worked in US financial institutions, where he gained in-depth experience in finance and valuation.
As an EY Partner, Timur handles business valuation and valuation of intangible and fixed assets in accordance with International Valuation Standards (IVS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for companies in the real estate, oil and gas, mining, consumer products and transportation industries. He has extensive experience creating business plans and feasibility studies to attract financing.
Timur holds a BBA from Hardin-Simmons University with a concentration in Finance and an MBA in Corporate Finance from Tulane University, A. B. Freeman School of Business, and has ASA BV 1&2 and ASA BV 3&4 certifications.
