Rensa Family is an international group of technical suppliers and wholesalers for the installation industry. The wholesalers of the Rensa Family sell products to installers, and have achieved growth through their focus on good service. Under the leadership of former CEO Erik Heijink, the company grew from a local wholesaler with 50 employees to the present international group of specialized family-owned companies with 1,700 employees.
Today, the organization has an external management. But despite the growth, the family culture of loyalty and trust remains. Employees are always there for each other, and are given the space to develop.
Rensa Family is a solid example of a modern family organization in an important sector. They demonstrate that innovation and tradition go hand in hand. The group is a well-deserved recipient of the EY Family Enterprise Award of Excellence.
